One of my must-haves for three years! I take one capsule daily alongside vitamin C, which has alleviated my knee pain and improved my skin, hair, and nails significantly. My husband is also very pleased, as he no longer experiences post-activity fatigue. Notably, he even stopped snoring! As someone who has suffered from chronic bronchitis, I'm grateful that I have not had any serious illness, particularly common colds, in recent years since using MSM.

As I age, my body needs more sulfur, and I've found it beneficial for joint inflammation. Post-consumption, my knees have stopped crunching.

I often combine it with vitamin C, taking 2-3 capsules of each daily, mainly to relieve allergies and have found it effective for common colds too. Its high MSM content reduces the total capsules I need to take, which is very convenient. MSM provides anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties crucial for my joint health. I recommend capsules over dietary sources as it’s challenging to reach the required levels through food alone.

This has been incredibly beneficial for me. I used to suffer from allergy and cold symptoms, but they vanished after taking 3 grams daily. Additionally, I noticed improvements in my knee and shoulder pain, along with increased nail and hair growth. The pricing is excellent for the quantity I’m using.
